Delivery Information

This item will be delivered via our road express couriers. This is a "to the door delivery". If you live in a home with a garage, the item can be delivered to your garage or to the front entrance.

Please Note : If you live in an apartment above the ground floor the driver may not be able to take the parcel beyond the ground floor or you may need to assist the driver to do so.

There is an option before our online checkout to leave instructions for the couriers where to leave goods if you are not home (such as: leave by front door, leave under garage, leave on back veranda). This can help avoid re-delivery.

Modularack is neatly packed flat (it packs to a flat size quite well), so an option is to have it delivered to your work. Most orders will fit in the back seat or boot of a standard car.

We only deliver on business days between business hours.

If you miss the delivery and have not provided instructions for the goods to be left. the carrier may leave a calling card instructing you on how to re-arrange delivery.

When most orders are shipped from our warehouse you may receive an email with a tracking number. In this email there will also be information and instructions on how to track your order and also contact details for the carrier.
